Tuesdays - Hearthwood LDS Building - 9:30-10:30 - Mixed Aerobic Workout
Typically a Tuesday workout consists of a combination of High Cardio and Weights. Workout routines vary from basic floor, step, and latin/hip-hop choreography to boot-camp, kick-boxing, and circuit training workouts. For this class you will need to bring weights and a mat. Occasionally you will need a step.
Fridays - Hearthwood LDS Building - 9:30-10:30 Latin Rhythms and Zumba
A real mix of sounds, moves and instructors. The choreography is all Latin/Hip-hop based. You will be moving to latin sounds such as salsa, merengue, cumbia, calypso, reggaeton and more. You will also hear country, hip-hop, bollywood (Masala-Bhangra), African and as many other interesting sounds that will inspire all kinds of movement. No equipment needed. No dance ability needed. A willingness to move and have fun is required.
Mondays and Thursdays - McGillivary LDS Building - 10:00 - 11:00 am
Cardio Kick boxing - This is a real blood pumping, use your muscles class. Monday's you will need an exercise mat and a small exercise ball. Thursdays you need a mat and some weights.
Mondays and Wednesdays - Ridgefield Building - 9:30 - 10:30 -
