Summer's Over?


Oh, I do love summer time and the weather is just now cooperating.  I hate to think that it is over in just a week and a half.  But alas reality has slowly crept in (or hit me quick with band camp) and I realized that I have not had much time to spend on exercising this summer.  It is so odd that I eat worse and exercise less in the summer.  Isn't that backwards?  I know that none of you are that way because when I went to zumba last week you all looked great.  Anyway, I look forward to getting back into shape to match all of you that have kept it up during the summer.  You are fantastic. 

FYI there is a new class going on over at the McGillivary Building.  It is a Tae Bo, Weight Training, Body Shaping, Kick boxing sort of mash-up.  It is a really good work out.  It fits right in with our schedule.  It is on Mondays and Thursdays at 10am.  You need to bring some weights (light ones, 1 to 5 lbs) and a yoga mat if you have it (she does a great abs workout).

  1. Also you may locate that some of the abdominal exercise are additional strenuous that others. Floor leg lifts for example are much more demanding.
