For Tues. July 3: Bring your stability ball (i.e. giant bouncy ball) for tomorrow's workout. I have a spare plus my daughter's hippity-hop ball which would work. If you own an extra and wouldn't mind sharing, that would be great. We will also need weights and a mat. I am going to test out a new alternative music playlist as well. Workout is at Hearthwood.
