Tues. Nov. 20: Aerobics at Hearthwood is cancelled and will resume the next week.
Fri. Nov. 23: Zumba at Hearthwood, 9:30 am. You can still get your Black Friday shopping done and work out with me. Bring your relatives and teenagers. I plan on doing "More" by Usher, a couple of Christmas songs and any requests of yours (if I have the song.)
