For Tues. May 24: We will exercise to pop & rock music, some songs of which I do in Zumba class: "Bounce", "Somebody to Love. " Weights and water bottle will be needed. I mentioned last week that I would love some suggestions of music; anything you like to listen to will motivate you to work harder.
Also, Lynelle, Brenda and I will put our heads together and come up with a summer schedule and will post it here soon. We would like to keep exercising during summer but there will be times when we need to cancel due to family vacations, Trek and Girls Camp among other things.
