I don't know about you but I spent the day playing in the snow, eating warm foods and watching tv (while building with legos).  I really need to move it today.  So, I plan on being there this morning.

Hey everybody,  Don't forget to wear your brightly colored shirts today.  For those of you that don't know, Tiffany is capturing a video of one of her songs to post on Youtube today.  She plans on doing this early on in the workout today so you don't get too sweaty before filming.  If you would rather not be in the video, that's okay, still go and just exercise off camera when she films.  Besides the only people that are really visible in the youtube videos are the people in the front row AND all the viewers are watching Tiffany anyway.  Just have a lot of fun and get your Zumba on.

Step Workout tomorrow

Hi Ladies-

This is a reminder and a test to see if it posts through to the Hearthwood Exercise website. If you have a step bench/platform, bring it tomorrow. Water, water!

Brenda and I were just talking about the importance of water last night and then I read the following from Spark People:

"Drink water throughout the day. You don’t hear this nearly enough: water is an all-purpose wonder-substance. It’s great for your skin, your digestive system, and circulatory system, and aids in weight loss and cellulite reduction. If you feel fatigued during the day, it’s often because you aren’t hydrated properly. Drink water throughout the day, sipping from a large bottle or glass. "

If you are trying to lose weight, it's always a good idea to drink water first when you feel the pangs of hunger. It might help you to eat less.
