Aerobics cancelled tomorrow

For Tues. Sept. 17: Aerobics cancelled at Hearthwood bldg.

Lately I have not been sending emails to announce cancellations or what we are doing for aerobics because I have been posting on the Vancouver Ladies Fitness page on Facebook. It seems that most ladies who have been attending are part of that group. So I have a favor to ask of you. Please respond to this email if you fit one of the three categories:

1. You have moved away from the area, work on Tuesdays or for whatever reason want to be taken off of this list.

2. You do not currently belong to the Vancouver Ladies Fitness page but would like to be added on.

3. You don't have a Facebook account but would still like to receive emails announcing what is going on with aerobics or Zumba.

Ideally I would like to send out one notice and right now that is the Facebook page, however I am willing to send email if I know someone is relying on it.

Floor workout tomorrow; Hearthwood bldg. keys

For Tues. Feb. 26: Bring weights, mat and a jump rope (optional) We will do a floor interval workout at Hearthwood, 9:30 a.m.

Speaking of the Hearthwood bldg., some of you know that my husband will be released this Sunday. This is great news for him and our family, but it means I will lose the keys to the bldg. and library :( I'm in the process to get my own key to the bldg. (also need it for my Cub Scout calling) but it may take a while. So I am asking if you already come to my class on Tues. and can get me into the bldg. to please bring your key. If not, I will ask to borrow from someone who lives close to Hearthwood.

Farewell potluck- Betsy

Hello exercise friends,

Next Tues. Jan. 29, we are having a potluck for Betsy Russell. She is one of our awesome Zumba instructors who is moving to Utah next month :( Cynthia Agosta has graciously offered to host. It will be at her home from 11:30 am-1:30 pm. The address is : 11615 NE 31st St., phone is #  Parking is limited so it is best to carpool.
