Pop/Rock Workout

For Tues. May 24: We will exercise to pop & rock music, some songs of which I do in Zumba class: "Bounce", "Somebody to Love. " Weights and water bottle will be needed. I mentioned last week that I would love some suggestions of music; anything you like to listen to will motivate you to work harder.

Also, Lynelle, Brenda and I will put our heads together and come up with a summer schedule and will post it here soon. We would like to keep exercising during summer but there will be times when we need to cancel due to family vacations, Trek and Girls Camp among other things.

Alternative #1 Workout

For Tues. May 17- We will work out to an interval routine of fast and slow alternative rock songs. Music will include songs from Linkin Park, Metro Station, The Aquabats and Switchfoot. Bring your weights and water bottle.

Step Workout

For Tues. May 3: Bring your step if you have one. We will do a Pop Dance Explosion workout which includes weights and toning. As usual I will bring my two spare step benches. The workout can be adapted to the floor as well.
