For Tues. Sept. 25: We will meet at 18th St. bldg. Hearthwood floor is being refinished. It will be a stability ball workout. Bring your ball if you have one; I have 2 spares. We will also use weights. See you there!

Cardio Kickboxing class time change and other exercise

Cardio Kickboxing is now at 9:30 am.
It is still at the MCGilvray bldg. and on Mondays and Thursdays.

Aerobics class- Nursery toys
Hi Ladies-
I'm sorry to say that starting next week at the Hearthwood bldg. we will NOT be able to use the nursery toys. This is because there is a boy in my ward who is on a ventilator and is extremely sensitive to germs. We would have to sanitize each toy carefully after every workout. I personally don't want to take the chance that we would miss a toy and have the boy have a medical emergency because of it. So I am suggesting that those of you with children bring your own toys to class. This only applies to the Hearthwood bldg. and it should be fine to continue using the toys at the 18th St. bldg. on Fridays. Sorry for the inconvenience and see you again next Tues. at Hearthwood.

Sara just called me to let me know that aerobics is cancelled today. She is sorry for the late notice. Their van broke down in Ellensburg and she is coming back by bus. Hope you get this in time.
