Floor workout tomorrow; Hearthwood bldg. keys

For Tues. Feb. 26: Bring weights, mat and a jump rope (optional) We will do a floor interval workout at Hearthwood, 9:30 a.m.

Speaking of the Hearthwood bldg., some of you know that my husband will be released this Sunday. This is great news for him and our family, but it means I will lose the keys to the bldg. and library :( I'm in the process to get my own key to the bldg. (also need it for my Cub Scout calling) but it may take a while. So I am asking if you already come to my class on Tues. and can get me into the bldg. to please bring your key. If not, I will ask to borrow from someone who lives close to Hearthwood.

Resistance band workout

For Tues. Feb. 19: We will do a cardio/resistance band workout. You don't need to bring weights; we will use the tubing (bands) for strength training.

Stability Ball workout

For Tues. Feb. 5: Bring your stability ball (giant rubber ball) if you have one. I have 2 spares. Also bring weights and a mat. Hearthwood 9:30 a.m.
