Farewell potluck- Betsy

Hello exercise friends,

Next Tues. Jan. 29, we are having a potluck for Betsy Russell. She is one of our awesome Zumba instructors who is moving to Utah next month :( Cynthia Agosta has graciously offered to host. It will be at her home from 11:30 am-1:30 pm. The address is : 11615 NE 31st St., phone is #  Parking is limited so it is best to carpool.

Floor interval workout tomorrow

For Tues. Jan. 15: We will do an interval workout where we switch between cardio and weights. Bring weights and a mat (I have extra weights.) Unless otherwise noted, all Tuesday workouts will be at the Hearthwood bldg: 220 NE Hearthwood Blvd. at 9:30 a.m.

Tubing circuit workout tomorrow

For Tues. Jan. 8: Bring your mat, you don't need weights. We will get our strength training from rubber tubing with handles- 90 second intervals mixed with floor cardio.
