Resistance Band (Tubing) workout

For Tues. Oct. 23: We will use the tubing with handles to work both arms and legs. This is one of the rare times you do not need to bring your weights, but you always can if you want. The music is a mix of pop and electronic dance with a few cultural ones thrown in.
