Aerobics & Zumba- location changes this week!!

Tomorrow aerobics will be held at the McGillivray bldg.: 13600 Southeast McGillivray Boulevard (corner of 136th. Ave.) Bring your weights and mat for a new workout with Sarah Rogers.

Friday Zumba will be held back at the Hearthwood bldg. - these changes are due to the floor being refinished at 18th St.

Aerobics & Zumba Summer Schedule

Hi Ladies-

We plan to keep on exercising this summer. Even with vacations, someone should be there to teach.

For Zumba, it's really easy- we will have Zumba every Friday this summer 9:30 a.m. at the 18th St. bldg with the exception of Friday Aug. 10; that day Zumba will be held at Hearthwood.

For Tues. Aerobics, we have a new participant/instructor named Sarah Rogers. The location and instructor may change; class will usually be held at Hearthwood unless noted. Here is the schedule:

Tues. June 27: Sarah Rogers- RIPPED (I'll let her explain what that is- bring weights and mat)  18th St. bldg.

Tues. July 3: Sara H.- Stability Ball

Tues. July 10: Tonya- Strength Training Circuit 18th St. bldg.

Tues. July 17: Tonya - Sterngth Training Circuit 18th St. bldg.

Tues. July 24: Sarah R.- RIPPED 18th St. bldg.

Tues. July 31: Sara H.- Floor Interval

Tues. Aug. 7: Sarah R. RIPPED

Tues. Aug. 14: Brenda- Tabata

Tues. Aug. 21: Tonya- Strength Training Circuit

Tues. Aug. 28: Sara H.- Step

Tues. Sept. 4 CANCEL (Day before school starts)

Zumba cancelled this Friday

For Friday June 15: Zumba on 18th St. will be cancelled. Enjoy the last day of school with your kids and we will see you the following Friday.

For Tues. June 5: Bring your step if you have one. We will do intense cardio on the step followed by strength training, so you will need your weights too.
